Harmonious development and the eventual perfection of the human character.OSU Judo Club established in 1958
Welcome to the home page of the Ohio State University Judo Club! This club is open to anyone who desires to learn the way of Judo. Our current membership is a diverse group including engineers, teachers, servicemen, grad students, doctors, undergrads, med students, and businessmen. In addition to our varied occupations, on any given practice, class has the option of being instructed in English, Spanish, Russian, German, Japanese, Portuguese, Kannadan, Chinese, or French. We are proud of our membership pool from around the country and around the world.
Our club is also involved in various self defense/outreach projects. The judo club is working with the Ohio State University Medical Centers Emergency Medicine department on teaching the staff self defense and helping run the Arnold Expo.
